KUU!’s no-wave, no-nonsense and nonchalant crafty groove, featuring sophisticated yet rowdy vocal, guitar and drumming (Hail Christian Lillinger!) filigrees, concluded the first evening of the Ljubljana Jazz Festival with a huge surge of enthusiasm and adrenalin. A love story between chic punk energy and virtuosic music-making, and a sound that can only ring out at a festival of such openness, a festival that effortlessly does away with clichés, genres and expectations.

With this gig, the 56^th Ljubljana Jazz Festival raised the standards of artistic creativity!
