En Corps (read “Encore”) dropped like a bomb into the world of improvised music. Their highly acclaimed album brought a fresh and totally unique approach to the piano trio language. Even though the music is fully improvised after a few listens you can almost sing it. It has a pure continuity of sound played using small motifs as a switch for the continuous changes.
