Occasionally the copies we receive are of poor quality and lacking the announced English subtitles. Ticket exchanges are not available and no refunds are issued on unused tickets. When a film is cancelled, efforts are made for an alternative screening or refunds paid until the last day of the festival. 

Special discounts are available during advance sale when purchasing sets of 6, 10, 15 or 20 tickets for different films; special discounts apply during regular sale when purchasing 4 tickets or more for one film.
