On the initiative of Creative Europe Centre (MEDIA Sub-programme) and Slovenian Film Centre, and in cooperation with internationally renowned lecturers, Petra Seliškar and Brand Ferro, the Documentary Film Festival will present a platform for critical reflection about Slovenian documentary filmmaking and broadening of both professional and creative horizons with reference to this vital cinematic genre.

The seminar aims to enable – and maintain – interaction among cinematic artists for collective contemplation on and international promotion of Slovenian documentary film.

Narrative structure, developing the visual, speechless style of cinematic force and visual narration

 

 

Lecturers

Brand Ferro (creative producer and cinematographer) and Petra Seliškar (filmmaker and producer) are an internationally and regionally acclaimed creative business partners, devoted entirely to creative documentary and art-house film since the establishment of Petra Pan Film production house in 2003 (www.petrapan.com). They have produced over 15 award-winning and favourably received international documentary co-productions.
