Martichka Bozhilova

Martichka has been producer of Agitprop since 1999. Her multi award-winning films have represented contemporary Bulgarian cinema at top international film festivals: Cannes, Berlinale, Sundance, Toronto, Pusan, Tribeca, IDFA and many others. In 2006 she received the International Trailblazer Award, launched by Robert Redford and Sundance Channel at MIPDOC in Cannes for creativity, innovation, originality and breakthrough in documentary cinema. Director of Balkan Documentary Center (BDC) for supporting documentary filmmakers from the Balkans. Ambassador of the European Documentary Network (EDN) and member of its Executive Committee. Lecturer at various workshops in the field of documentary cinema.

Tiha K. Gudac

Tiha is a film producer and director from Croatia. She has obtained BA degrees in film production from the Academy of Dramatic Arts, and in marketing from the Graduate School of Business Economics, both at the University of Zagreb. 

She has independently produced awarded short documentary and fiction films, and has worked on crews of fiction, animated and documentary films, and commercial formats.

She debuted as a film director with a feature-length documentary, Naked Island, which has received a number of international festival awards including the Amnesty International Award at the 2015 Ljubljana International Documentary Film Festival.

Currently she is working primarily as a director and writer of documentary formats, and producer of documentary and fiction films. 

Joe Oklikah

Born and raised in London, and qualified as a CAD technician. After an experience living and working in the Highlands of Scotland he realised he was happier in more peaceful, natural surroundings. So in 2011 he moved to Slovenia with his wife and two young daughters to begin a new life in a new culture. Retrained as an audio engineer at SAE Ljubljana, and has since volunteered for Amnesty International Slovenia and other organisations. As a native English speaker in Slovenia he also works as a proofreader and translator. For Joe, the most important thing to him right now is raising his children and taking care of his family.
