REGISTRATION


 

Registration is required for all Conference participants. For company group bookings, please request further instructions from the registration office:

The conference is published on School Education Gateway (SEG). Participants might seek financial support from their own school or national funding bodies (including those allocating European funds), however the conference organisers cannot guarantee the success of any applications.

How to Register

Please create the new user account and with your e-mail address and password continue the on-line procedure. Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. New password will be sent to your e-mail address (please check also the spam folder).
Otherwise you should create a new user account and follow the provided instructions.

* Student fee applies to students who have a valid student proof at the time of registration payment. Proof of student status has to be uploaded at the time of registration.

Important

  • Payments should clearly state the participant's name(s).
  • All payments should have the notification "Fit4Kid".
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
  • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form.
  • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee.


Confirmation of registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.



Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference secretariat, Cankarjev dom, cultural and congress centre. Cancellations received no later than 15 February, 2019 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 30 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after 15 February, 2019 will not be refunded.



Coffee breaks

During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing congress badges. Lunch is exempted from the registration fee.



Conference Identification Badge

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the scientific sessions without the conference badge.



Attendance Certificate

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants after the conference is closed.


 

REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAVEL COSTS AND CONFERENCE FEES

For participants from EU countries part of travel costs and conference fees can be reimbursed under the Erasmus + programme, Key Action 1, Mobility project for School Education staff.

In this case your sending organisation had to submit their grant application by 1 February 2018 at your National Agency. If grant was awarded to your organisation, you can change the activity and place of the activity, if you have a good reason. This must be communicated and confirmed by your National Agency.

Here are estimated costs for reimbursement:
Travel: 180 – 275 €
Individual support: 60-140 € per day
Organisational support: 350 €
Course fee: 70 € per day.
